Kassler Rippchen - Thick cut smoked pork chop on a bed of

sauerkraut topped with baked apples. Served with a side of

warm German

potato salad.

*Koenigsberger Klopps - German

style meatballs served on a bed of

spaetzle, topped with a lemon

caper beurre blanc sauce.

*Rindfleisch Rouladen - Top

round steak rolled with bacon,

onions, celery, carrots and a pickle

served over spaetzle and topped

with traditional hunter Sauce.

German Sausage Dinner - Your

choice of two, knockwurst, bratwurst or weisswurst

served with a side of sauerkraut and two potato pancakes.

Perch Dinner - Fresh lake perch topped with a lemon caper

sauce, choice of potato and a vegetable medley.

*Lemon Caper Chicken - Two char-grilled chicken breasts

on a bed of spaetzle topped with lemon beurre blanc and

capers.

*New York Strip Steak - 16oz USDA Prime strip steak

grilled to your liking. Served with vegetable of the day and

your choice of potato.
